#### Where does the yield come from?

Yield is generated from integrations with trusted DeFi protocols across many chains. These include:

* Structured yield strategies
* Lending markets
* Options strategies
* Perpetual funding rate arbitrage
* Yield tokenization protocols

#### Can I deposit from any chain?

Yes. You can deposit from any supported chain and withdraw from any supported chain (even if it's different from the one you deposited on).

#### Does OmniYield move funds across chains?

Yes. Funds are automatically rebalanced to where the best opportunities exist.

#### **Are there fees?**

OmniYield charges a 9% performance fee only on profits. There are no deposit or withdrawal fees.

#### **Are there any hidden fees?**

No. OmniYield’s fee structure is performance-based only.

#### **What are Sprout Points?**

A pre-token incentive system rewarding early participation.

#### **Do I miss out on airdrops or points from underlying protocols?** 

No. If the underlying protocols used by our vaults offer their own point programs or airdrops, OmniYield automatically accumulates those points. When protocols convert accumulated points into tokens, OmniYield claims these tokens and makes them available to you directly on [app.omniyield.finance](https://app.omniyield.finance/). 

We enabled a mechanism to distribute these rewards proportionally to depositors based on the criteria defined by the original airdrop issuer.

#### Can you explain the "triple yield" concept? 

When you deposit into an OmniYield vault, your returns come from three sources:

1. Base auto-compounding yield: The core yield generated by the strategies, automatically harvested and reinvested.
2. OmniYield SPROUT points: You earn SPROUT points simultaneously, which will convert to $OY tokens.
3. Partner tokens & points: Any liquidity mining rewards, airdrops, or points offered by the underlying protocols are accrued and will be passed directly to you.

#### What utility does $OY provide?

#### What is veOY? How do rewards work for veOY holders?

Once the $OY token launches, users will be able to lock it to receive veOY (locked OY). 

veOY holders receive:

* 50% of all protocol revenue
